Widely regarded as one of the most likeable,hardworking and blisteringly fast drivers to grace the irish stages. After years of fighting (and beating) crews in much more advanced machinery Frank finally clinched the title in 95 in his lombard and ulster backed escort cosworth. Frank's tragic passing all too soon left a huge hole in the irish motorsports community.  Thankfully all of the amazing memories people have of his competition career will live on strong.  The epic Mats Van De Brand prepared BMW m3 as crewed by Craig and Paul to a fantastic historic win. This event marked the guys last "fun" event before a full wrc assault with m-sport.
